RENTALS

Homes to rent.

I refurbish my own properties and rent them out. At the moment, I don't have any homes available — but that can change.

No homes currently available.

All of my properties are currently occupied. When a home becomes available, I'll list it here with details of the property, location and rent.

I don't hold a waiting list, but you're welcome to get in touch if you'd like to be kept informed.

What to expect from a Herring Homes property.

—

I improve my properties before renting them out, so you're moving into a home that's been properly looked after.

—

I focus on the things that matter — kitchens, bathrooms, layouts and finishes that make everyday living more comfortable.

—

My properties are part of my own portfolio. I'm not a letting agency — I own the homes I rent.

If you have a question about my properties or would like to hear when something becomes available, feel free to send me a message.
